Flexling Partner Terms
Effective: September 2026
1. What this is
These terms apply to Flexling's partner programme. Your contract partner is the provider of Flexling named in our imprint ("we"). You recommend Flexling and earn a commission on the payments of the users attributed to you. Anything we agree with you separately in text form, such as a different commission rate, takes precedence over these terms.
2. You stay independent
You act on your own account and not in our name. You are not our employee, agent or commercial agent. Whether, when and how you recommend Flexling is up to you; you don't have to promote it.
3. Who is attributed to you
You get a personal link (flexling.com/r/…) and may also get a code. A user is attributed to you if they sign up through your link or enter your code. This only works for accounts that have never paid for Flexling, and only once: the first attribution counts. We may offer your users a discount.
4. Commission
You earn 15% of every payment a user attributed to you makes for Flexling, renewals included, for as long as the partnership lasts. A different rate applies only if we have agreed it in text form. The basis is what the user actually pays, minus VAT and payment and platform fees. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it lapses.
5. Payout
We track commissions in Tolt, the partner platform we use. A commission becomes payable 60 days after the user's payment. We pay out once your payable commissions add up to at least €100.
6. Rules for your promotion
Label posts with your link or code as advertising, and follow the law and the rules of each platform. Not allowed:
- spam, meaning messages to people who haven't agreed to receive them;
- untrue or misleading claims about Flexling;
- search ads on "Flexling" or similar terms;
- signing yourself up through your own link or code, and fake accounts;
- misleading incentives to sign up, such as rewards that don't exist.
If you break these rules, we may withhold the commission for the users concerned and end the partnership.
7. Ending the partnership
Either side may end the partnership at any time in text form, for example by email. You still receive commission on payments made before the end. If we end the partnership without you having broken these terms, you keep earning commission for 12 more months on payments by the users attributed to you by then.
8. Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only if we breach an essential obligation, meaning one you may rely on us to fulfil, and only up to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract.
9. Data protection
We process your data as a partner as described in our privacy policy.
10. Changes and final provisions
We may change these terms for the future and will tell you about changes by email beforehand. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection is not affected. The German version prevails.
